This Spaghetti And Meatball Sandwich Is Like A Ramen Burger On Italian Steroids

By now, you’ve probably heard of the Ramen Burger. Heck, there’s even pho burgers and mac & cheese burgers out there, but now there’s a new Italian twist on the noodle-based bun scene.

Meet the Spaghetti Meatballwich from The Carving Board in Southern California.

The traditional sandwich shop carries on its menu a not-so-traditional monster of a sandwich consisting of a spaghetti bun, very similar to the style you’d see in a Ramen Burger, home-made meatballs in marinara sauce and a slice of melted mozzarella shoved in between the spaghetti bun.

All its parts are what you’d fully expect from a spaghetti and meatball dish, except it has been deliciously morphed into a burger/sandwich.

This sandwich would have surely put a damper on that famous Lady and the Tramp scene, even if the chef were nice enough to cut it in half for the romantic couple.
