I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for rainbow-tinted desserts.

Something about the visceral and visual energy they bring out of me when I see them on a table or stumble across them on Instagram. Maybe I imagine that a unicorn pooped out these lovely desserts and that somehow brings me back to my childhood? I’m not sure. I like it, and that’s all that really matters.
