Whataburger Employee gets $10,000 Fur Coat at Drive-Thru

Drive-thru customers can be downright dicks sometimes. Sure for every jerk, you’ll get 10 or so amiable human beings. However, sometimes that one unappreciative customer can make one question the concept of human decency.

Not so much the case for Whataburger employee, Cheryl Semien.

A customer drove up to the drive-thru window at the Liberty, TX, location. According to reports, Semien complimented the customer’s mink coat. The customer, Nadine, had never met Semien before in her life. Nadine described Semien as so sweet that she took the coat off her back and handed it to the fast food employee.

Semien’s coworkers said she reacted like anyone who just received a $10,000 fur coat would, screaming as if had won the lottery.

It’s great to see there are people out there who see fast food employees as people, rather than burger dispensers.

Semien, who has been working at the Whataburger for nine years, happened to be behind the drive thru on her birthday.
