We’ve heard some pretty crazy things about Burger Kings in New Mexico. We were a little skeptical about the drug dealing and sexual misconduct expressed by this Reddit user, but maybe it’s legit.

A manager at a New Mexico Burger King attacked a customer with a switchblade and a Taser.

According to NY Daily News, a lawsuit was filed against a Bloomfield, N.M., Burger King. Robert DeYapp claimed that he asked for his onion rings to be reheated. He then said that manager Francisco Berrera said in Spanish to a coworker, “This white boy is mad about his food, and he doesn’t even know that I’m going to return it and do whatever I want to it. He’ll still eat it and never have any idea of what I did to his food.”

DeYapp said he understood every word that was spoken, asked for a refund and was refused.

The lawsuit said Berrera then began taking photos of DeYapp and for some reason went at him with a knife and Taser.

The police came and arrested Berrera, Now DeYapp seeks punitive damages for assault, and negligent hiring and training.

He should have at least asked for a new batch of onion rings. They taste terrible reheated.
