Lebanese Man's Supersized Spud

Lebanese farmer Khalil Semhat holds the incredible, in the picture above. What you’re looking at is not a disgruntled Mr. Potato Head, but rather a 24.9 lb potato, grown in the southern Lebanese city of Tyre. At 56 years old, Semhat says he’s been working the land since he was a young boy and this is the first time he’s seen anything like this. He plans to call Guiness Book of World Records…let’s hope he can pull through, get it photographed, and allow a lucky group of people to eat on…potato style. (Thx METimes)
