TK Burger Launches a Food Truck

Costa Mesa, CA based TK Burger is the latest stand-alone restaurant to make the plunge into the mobile food market with the launch of their very own themed catering truck. While it doesn’t seem the TK Burger will be roaming aimlessly like other gourmet food trucks (yet), this particular extension of TK Burger’s service works more as a  catering service for specific events. A TK Burger Catering Truck page has launched with pricing and booking information, boasting a themed truck that’s fully self contained, can go anywhere, donning a full menu including drinks, a 26″ SONY LCD Flat screen with DVD player and a professional sound system to keep the party going wherever the truck is at. What do you guys think? Do you wish TK Burger would launch a food truck in the same vein as Kogi BBQ and similar trucks?
