Some Parts Probably Aren’t Meat: the DIY SPAM Pinhole Camera

In the case of an end-of-world scenario, at least you know you can totally make a pinhole camera out of an empty SPAM can and a few household items, right?

Designed by f295 user Scott, the SPAM-cam is made with a black foam core bottom and held together with epoxy and rubber bands. More detailed instructions for construction are available here.

Never mind that unless you already have a photo lab built into your basement, the chances of you finding a place to print anything in an end-of-the-world scenario are just a little over zero – it’s survival of the fittest, my friend. And by gum, you’re gonna be the best damn DIY-SPAM Pinhole Camera maker anyone’s ever seen.

You know what they say. Instagram is fleeting, but SPAM is forever.

(Happy Friday everybody.)
