Deep Fried Frito Pie

I can honestly say I’ve never had one of these, but that’s why I’m now craving the very idea of them! We’re looking at balls of cheese and chili that have been rolled up in corn chips, battered and then deep fried. Dubbed the deep fried frito pies. Pure genius. I almost would want these with an equally humonguous side of ranch dressing. Maybe blue cheese if I was trying to get fancy. Thoughts for dipping sauce? (PicThx TIWYH)
