Holiday Candy Cane and Gingerbread Flavored Jell-O Pudding

Jell-O is taking it up a notch with Candy Cane and Gingerbread pudding this holiday season. Note, when Jell-O takes it up a notch that means that all those holiday potlucks you attend will also experience a little pep. Pasta Salad, 7-layer Bean Dip — meet Gingerbread Trifle and Candy Cane Oreo Parfait.

The Limited Edition Candy Cane and Gingerbread mix require little manipulation to become a light, tasty and easy-to-make dessert. It also makes for a great cake filling or mousse. The Candy Cake Oreo Parfait instructions suggest that you layer the pudding with Oreos, then top the little cups of pudding with crushed candy cane and Cool Whip. In a matter of minutes, you will have yourself a colorful and festive treat.

Although, I have my eye on the Gingerbread Trifle, which instructs that you mix the pudding with Cool Whip to give it a nice, thick and creamy texture. Layer with more Cool Whip — not complaining — and chocolate wafer cookies. Drizzle with syrup. The end. Happy Holidays.
