Dragon Grille is an Asian Fusion truck and the brisket tacos are a must. The beef is laid over a bed of rice and topped with your choice of Galbi Q, or Shoyo sauce.

You probably saw this picture and thought to yourself, "Wa da pho!" Well the Pholicioius Q slider is a staple for the Wa Da Pho truck. The slider is a bbq pho brisket, with papaya slaw, their "Wa Sauce" and served on a pretzel slider bun.

The Can't Dutch This food truck offers Belgian/Dutch style fries which are seasoned fries in a cone with a topping of your choice. Among the toppings to choose from are the Amesterdam sauce, which is sweet and spicy, and the Brugge, which is a cinnamon topping like a "Churro Fries."
