Wisconsin 25 Cheese Pizza

Inspired by both the Domino’s Wisconsin 6-Cheese Pizza and a Foodbeast-heavy bucket list, our friend Nick just went the distance with one of the cheesiest pizzas we’ve ever seen — The Wisconsin 25 Cheese Pizza. Using the base of a traditional 6-cheese Wisconsin cheese blend from Domino’s, and then piling on 19 additional cheese (almost three inches in height) to make a 3-pound pizza behemoth.

Here’s a list of cheese used:

  • 2 Year Aged Cheddar (Widmer’s Cheese Cellars)
  • 3 Year Aged Cheddar (Roelli Cheese Haus)
  • 4 Year Aged Cheddar (Widmer’s Cheese Cellars)
  • Aged Brick (Widmer’s Cheese Cellars)
  • Bandaged Cheddar (Bleu Mont Dairy)
  • Caso Bolo (Carr Valley Cheese Company)
  • Chocolate Cheese Fudge (Sugar Brook Farms)
  • Colby (Henning’s Cheese)
  • Dunbarton Blue (Roelli Cheese Haus)
  • Eagle Creek Reserve (Meister Cheese Company)
  • Fresh Mozzarella (Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese)
  • Gran Queso (Roth Kase Cellars)
  • Marieke Gouda Foenegreek (Holland Family Cheese)
  • Pleasant Ridge Reserve (Uplands Cheese Company)
  • Red Rock (Roelli Cheese Haus)
  • Rush Creek Reserve (Uplands Cheese Company)
  • Seasonal Fall Cheddar (Otter Creek Organic Farm)
  • Wisconsin Colby Jack (DeMill)
  • Wisconsin Swiss (DeMill)
