But really, the moment my tastebuds dapped up the Chamoy, Cacio E Pepe and Tajin Lime chicken wings at Uncool, I knew that this was a revelation that had been missing from my life.
Not only are the wings wildly creative, but the Chamoy wings are the right kind of sweet and tangy, the Cacio E Pepe packs a punch of garlicky goodness, and the Tajin Lime pinches the right spots on my palate.
