Thor’s Stunt Double Had To Eat 35 Times A Day To Stay God-Like

It can’t be easy being the body double for a god, but that’s exactly what stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton had to do, and had an insane diet in order to do so.

Hanton was Chris Hemsworth’s stunt double for Thor: The Dark World, and although he was already a pretty big guy, he wasn’t close to Hemsworth’s god-like physique, according to Muscle & Fitness.

Hanton had to eat a whopping 35 meals a day and train twice a day, as he not only had to bulk up, but stay lean while doing so, just to try and keep up with Hemsworth’s ridiculous body-type.

Those 35 meals consisted of mostly protein and good fats as he revealed his diet to M&F, saying:

“I’d just have a protein breakfast. Grilled chicken or turkey with spinach and natural nuts, boiled eggs and a green tea or some water or something like that.”

The poor guy even deprived himself of all salt, sugar and sauces, which means his 35 meals probably all tasted terrible.

Even with that crazy diet, he let himself have one cheat meal a week. Like a starved lunatic, Hanton said he gave himself a 2-hour window where those cheat meals came in the form of anything his heart desired, such as ice cream, or even cake.

Pouts are out again and so is the huntsman winters war….. Go see it peeps

Hemsworth seemed to be fond of Hanton and works with him on all his movies now, so mind-blowing diets will follow the stunt double for a while.
