Athenos’s new collab with Tajín puts a spicy spin on classic feta cheese. Blended with Tajín’s signature mix of chili peppers, lime and sea salt, Athenos offers a bold pairing with exciting potential in the kitchen, from a topping for salads and sandwiches to a secret ingredient for mac and cheese.
