Orange County will be the first recipients this week of Smart & Final’s concept stores, Smart & Final -Extra!. Already known for its wholesale prices on party/office supplies such as snacks, drinks and misc. supplies, these new store expansions will feature more household supplies, ready made food and other necessary grocery items.
