Poirier is a hyper-realistic artist and uses plates as the canvas for her detailed pieces.

She said she has drawn on more than 1,500 plates and her Instagram account is flooded with hundreds of posts showing off her skillful work of delicious food, popular celebrities and even cute puppies.
