How To Cook A Perfect Steak When You Don’t Have A Grill [WATCH]

A grillmaster will tell you that the perfect steak must be made on, well, a grill. If you don’t have access to a grill, though, or just want an alternative way of prepping it, here’s the best way to do it on your stove.

The folks over at the Bon Appetit test kitchen wanted to show us how to walk away from the grill and just take out a pan for your steak.

Showing a step-by-step process, you can see tips such as, seasoning both sides beforehand, letting the pan preheat, and butter-basting the beef are all major keys to getting that perfect medium-rare steak.
