This Food Truck Has An Ice Cream Sandwich Stuffed With PASTRAMI

The Coolhaus Truck is no stranger to terrifyingly delicious ice cream flavors, so we’re not too surprised to hear they’re taking a Jewish deli route in their latest theme.

In the essence of sandwiches you’d find at the famous Katz deli in New York, or Langer’s deli in Los Angeles, Coolhaus is about to release an ice cream sandwich with caramelized pastrami mixed into it and a rye-bread cookie to hold it together.

According to the Today Show, this pastrami sandwich will join a variety of deli-inspired cookies and ice cream flavors that you can mix and match.

Among the unconventional dessert flavors will be a Hamestash cookie, and even a cream cheese & rye ice cream flavor.

Coolhaus plans to release these at its Los Angeles, New York and Dallas trucks by the end of August so you can have a deli sandwich for dessert.
