Nutella just made its first real flavor move in over 60 years.

Nutella Peanut is now available nationwide, blending the brand’s signature chocolate-hazelnut spread with roasted peanut flavor for the first time. It’s a straightforward twist, but one fans have asked for—especially as peanut butter and chocolate continue to rank as one of the most reliable combos in snacks.

The brand first shared news of Nutella Peanut last year, setting the stage for months of anticipation.

This new spread keeps the same smooth, creamy texture Nutella is known for, with a nuttier, slightly more savory edge layered in.

Nutella is also taking the launch offline with a pop-up in New York City’s NoHo neighborhood on May 16–17. The space will feature interactive games, giveaways, and free samples, including Nutella Peanut sandwiches and dippable snacks.

After decades of staying in its lane, this move marks a rare shift for the brand and signals it’s finally ready to experiment a little more.
