Nobu Is Bringing Omakase To Coachella—Here’s How To Book It

For 2025, Coachella introduces a new elevated culinary offering: Nobu’s pop-up omakase, brought to life by celebrated Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. This exclusive dining experience will be located inside the Red Bull Mirage stage, a new addition to the festival lineup.

This luxury pop-up will be located on the first floor of Red Bull Mirage, with a mesmerizing view facing Quasar. Attendees will have the chance to indulge in Nobu’s signature Japanese-Peruvian cuisines while enjoying the vibes and checking out the fits that Coachella always delivers.

Reservations are essential and come with a few important details. Guests must have valid Coachella wristbands and secure their spot through a 100% prepaid booking which covers food only. Additional costs for beverages, tax, and a 22% administration fee apply. It’s important to note that reservations are nonrefundable, and the dining session lasts for 50 minutes.

By booking, guests gain access to the first level of the Mirage for the entire day of their reservation. Latecomers will still be catered to but will miss their opportunity for the dine-in experience and automatically receive their Omakase as to-go dishes (so don’t be late).

To be expected, this dining experience has extremely limited spots available, making it a coveted part of the festival. As Coachella continues to redefine its offerings, the introduction of Nobu’s pop-up omakase is a testament to its commitment to delivering top-notch, memorable experiences that extend beyond music, art and culture of the Coachella.
