New Steak ‘n Shake Burger Piles on Two Layers of Bacon

There aren’t many things that can top two layers of bacon and Steak ‘n Shake is well aware of that fact. The restaurant chain added their Bacon Lovers Steakburger as a new featured menu item. The burger piles on two seared Steakburger patties, two slices of American cheese, ketchup, mayo and four strips of crispy bacon. As far as bacon goes, the new offering meets the three-piece minimum to call itself a bacon burger.

The Bacon Lovers Steakburger is available for $5.49 and comes served with a side of fries at participating Steak ‘n Shake locations.

Steak ‘n Shake is also adding four limited-time holiday shakes to their menu. Peppermint Chocolate Chip (with peppermint and chocolate), Egg Nog (with nutmeg) and White Chocolate (with red and green sprinkles) shakes are now available through the holidays. All shakes are topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Between the Bacon Burger and the Egg Nog, this definitely sounds like Christmas to me.
