The exact name for this breakfast spotted in Lynchburg, Virginia is Tender Pork & Gravy on a Scratch Made Biscuit. Our friends at the GrubGrade blog have reported they’ve heard radio advertisements alongside the McDonald’s breakfast menu board with proof that the item will retail at $1.99 as part of a combo meal.
