Budweiser’s Giving Away 80,000 Free Late Night Lyft Rides

Budweiser tries its best to alter your mind, get you drunk, and make you forget about your terrible work day, but they’ll be damned if they let you get in a car with that modified state of mind.

From Sept. 16, to the end of 2016, Budweiser and Lyft will be providing $10 ride coupons on weekends and holidays, between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m., to riders who are 21 years old, or older.

The promotion is only taking place in New York, Colorado, Illinois, and Florida at the moment, but at least some late-night party-goers can now enjoy a free ride home.

They will be giving out a total of 80,000 rides, and will spread them out, 5,000 at a time, as every Thursday at 2 p.m. ET, Lyft users will be encouraged to check Budweiser’s Facebook and Twitter feeds in order to grab the promo code.

While they’re promoting it as a “free ride,” it’s assuming you’re not traveling somewhere that’s more than $10 away. Still a decent deal though.
