KFC Just Brought Back The Twister

KFC is leaning into two very specific moods right now: the solo wrap run and the “what are we eating tonight?” group text spiral.

First up, the Twister is officially back.

The fan-favorite wrap returns stacked with two crispy Original Recipe Tenders, lettuce, tomato, and Pepper Mayo inside a warm tortilla. This time around, it’s positioned less like a sidekick and more like a full meal. You can get it classic or add hickory-smoked bacon. If you want heat, Zinger Sauce is on deck.

Then there’s the new $20 Build a Bucket, which feels like KFC’s answer to dinner indecision.

For twenty bucks, you can choose between eight pieces of bone-in chicken or eight Original Recipe Tenders, plus four individual sides, four biscuits, and four sauces if you go the tender route. It’s structured for sharing, but flexible enough that no one has to settle for the side they don’t want.

In a fast food landscape where “value” often just means smaller portions for slightly less money, KFC seems to be betting on abundance and customization instead.
