KFC Canada Just Went Full Pickle With Its New Sandwich, Fries, And Even Pickle Pepsi

Canada, KFC is leaning into the pickle craze—and they’re not holding back. The new Pickled Menu puts pickles front and center with a lineup built for people who genuinely love them—or are just curious how far you can take the concept.

The Pickle Sandwich is triple-breaded fried chicken layered with mayo, bread & butter pickles, and a dusting of dill seasoning. Loaded Pickle Fries pile crispy pickles on classic KFC fries, finished with mayo and dill seasoning. And yes, there’s even Fried Pickle Chips for snacking or dunking. Then there’s the wildcard: Pickle Pepsi (Brine Included). I was skeptical—maybe you are too—but if that bright, tangy hit can work for pickles and Dr Pepper, then perhaps KFC wins with this new drink too.

This menu is clearly riding the pickle wave that’s been gaining momentum across social media and snack culture, and KFC is leaning into it. It’s loud, it’s bold, and it’s unapologetic—but that’s exactly the point. Not everything here will be for everyone, but if pickles are your thing—or you want to see what the hype is about—it’s worth a try.

Available at KFC.ca, via the KFC app, and participating KFC Canada locations for a limited time.
