EVERYTHING BAGEL Ice Cream Is Jeni’s Newest Flavor

Everything Bagels are one of the quintessential flavors, and go absolutely great with a schmear of cream cheese.

Since they’re paired with dairy already, ice cream maker Jeni’s decided to make the bold jump from sweet to savory and attempt an Everything Bagel Ice Cream.

Made with a salty sweet cream cheese base, all of the flavors you would expect on top of the iconic bagel are present. That includes poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onions, and garlic.

Putting garlic in ice cream isn’t anything new, as folks at the legendary Gilroy Garlic Festival would tell you. Everything Bagel is also a hype flavor getting turned into spices, chips, and more, so it makes sense that folks in the food industry want to capitalize on it.

It’ll be intriguing to see if the flavor of onion mixes in, and if all those can combine with cream cheese in a traditionally sweet treat.

Jeni’s new Everything Bagel Ice Cream is available now in pint form on its website for nationwide shipping, as well as in Jeni’s scoop shops. It will also be sold in scoop form out of the stores on February 6th.
