‘Home Improvement’ Child Star Faces Restaurateur Woes

It looks like the eldest of Tim Taylor’s (Tim Allen) three sons from the hit TV series “Home Improvement” is facing some restaurant financial issues. Zachery Ty Bryan, or Brad Taylor by his Home Improvement stage name, has issued a lawsuit against two of his partners in their Big Wangs Hollywood sports bar operation.

Allegations from Bryan’s camp include that partners Peter Brill and Joe Barker used the business’ financials as their personal money pot to live beyond their means. Claims also include that the two funneled Big Wangs‘ profits to competing restaurants. Cars, trips and the purchase of a Hollywood Hills home all via an American Express card was the straw that broke the camel’s back, with the two allegedly making personal use of the 750,000 accumulated Membership Rewards points. According to TMZ, Zachery Ty Bryan is suing for unspecified damages. Yeesh!
