Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Bread Sandwich

Talk about making me a happy camper! This particular sandwich is made with home made banana bread, green apple slices, crunchy peanut butter and regular butter. The recipe is available over at For The Love of Mayo, but I think I’ll be making a sub-sandwich version of this bad boy for my breakfast tomorrow!
