Gourmet S’Mores Look Something Like This

S’Mores are often associated with campfires, but the team at Haven is offering up a more decadent affair — coconut-infused marshmallows, milk chocolate-honey ganache, and a graham cracker base. Of course, it’s plated rather beautifully by the restaurant’s pastry chef Santanna Salas.

Decadent, gourmet s’mores? Sounds good to me. This particular variation is currently up on the dessert menu at the Haven Gastropub in Orange, CA, and it’s a perfect complement to the number of quickly depleting summer calendar days.

What are your favorite ways to have s’mores? Reese’s Pieces instead of chocolate? Strips of bacon? Or all-gourmet-and-sh!t from places like Haven?
