Outback Steakhouse is taking its Bloomin’ Onion fame and running with it — straight into mozzarella stick territory. The new Fried Mozzarella Bloomerangs mash up classic mozz sticks with the chain’s signature Bloomin’ Onion spices, giving you six crispy, cheesy pieces built for dipping. Naturally, they come with a side of marinara, because some things you don’t mess with.

It’s the appetizer crossover we didn’t see coming — but kinda makes perfect sense.
