We Discovered The Meaning Of Life In This Eggs Benedict Pizza

Our favorite two brunch items of all time are always a split between Eggs Benedict and Breakfast Pizza. Both extremely palatable, and both visually striking. Usually we alternate ordering the two, so as to not pick favorites, but it appears we won’t have to any longer.

Jinny’s Pizzeria in Santa Ana, CA has added a new limited-time pizza to their weekend menu combining the best elements of the two brunch items.

The Eggs Benedict Pizza is made with Jinny’s signature pizza crust topped with a blend of Fontina & Mozzarella Cheese, Prosciutto, Basil, sous vide poached eggs, and of course, a Hollandaise drizzle.

While the pizza is only available for a limited time through the month of August, it may stick around if it becomes popular enough. We actually got to try some recently and you can bet it’ll be popular. Couldn’t stop at merely a single slice.
