These Guys Had No Idea They Were Robbing A McDonald’s Filled With Special Forces

Back in the day, Tonight Show host Jay Leno used to love telling stories about stupid criminals, and in that same vein, we present to you the morons who tried to rob a French McDonald’s filled with special forces.

The two armed robbers went through the whole bit, even grabbing 2,000 euros from the McDonald’s till in Ecole-Valentin, not knowing that 11 of the customers in the McDonald’s were actually French special forces. The soldiers had their weapons hidden and didn’t go straight for the thieves in front of everybody. Instead they waited until customers were out of harms way, waited until the robbers headed out the door and then made a move.

One of the Hamburglers tripped before even getting out the door, and the other was shot in the abdomen by one of the soldiers.

They were both hospitalized and will eventually see a judge on armed robbery charges.

France has more than 1,300 McDonald’s and these two guys chose the absolute worst one to rob.
