EVERY New Food And Beverage Coming To Disneyland's Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge

On May 31st, the much-hyped Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will open up at Disneyland. It promises to be an immersive world, from the interactive experiences scattered throughout the new park section to the several new foods that you can enjoy whilst waiting for the new ride. And in true Disneyland fashion, their team went all out when making the food, with dishes for all kinds of foodies available en masse.

We've been getting feedback on some of the culinary creations already thanks to folks that have been able to start previewing the park. This master guide to all of the food and beverages draws on that feedback, but will also contain our own thoughts on each item as we peruse the new Star Wars land.

As a result, this guide isn't just telling you every single edible experience that the highly anticipated land has to offer. It also leaves you with an idea of which ones are absolutely worth checking out.

Oga's Cantina

Cocktails

These are just a few of the alcoholic beverages Oga's will have to offer, and the lineup will change based on the time of day. Not only is Oga's the first Disneyland restaurant to ever serve alcohol, it's also the first to have it available in the morning as well.

Above are a few of the afternoon/evening cocktails available: The Outer Rim (acai and tequila with a fruit puree on top), the Bespin Fizz (rum and yuzu with a cloud swirl), the Yub Nub (rum and passionfruit), and the Fuzzy Tauntaun, a drink that literally has people buzzing. Something about the foam makes your mouth and tongue go tingly apparently, and nobody has exactly figured out why that is just yet.

As for the rest of the drinks, you can find their descriptions below:

Morning Cocktails:

  • Spiran Caf – Peru Alto Mayo Organic Joffrey’s Coffee, orange marmalade, rum, vanilla whipped cream, and citrus zest
  • Bloody Rancor – vodka, chile liqueur, spicy Bloody Mary mix, and rancor bone

Afternoon/Evening Cocktails:

  • Jedi Mind Trick – grapefruit and rose vodka, falernum, blue curaçao, white grape juice, lime juice, and grapefruit bitters
  • T-16 Skyhopper – vodka, melon liqueur, kiwi, and half & half
  • Dagobah Slug Slinger – reposado tequila, blue curaçao, citrus juices, ginger, herbs, and bitters
  • Jet Juice – bourbon, chile liqueur, açaí liqueur, white grape juice, and lemon juice

Non-Alcoholic Beverages

While most people will go to Oga's for the alcoholic beverages, there are just as many creative non-boozy options as well. Above are a few examples, including the Carbon Freeze, a drink filled with popping boba that bounce around due to the fizz inside. There's also Oga's Obsession, a cotton candy lemonade with blueberry popping pearls, and the Cliff Dweller, made with grenadine, hibiscus, and ginger ale. Blue Milk will also be available all day long as well, served with a bantha-themed sugar cookie.

Other beverages at Oga's that don't have a spiked kick are as follows:

Morning Specialties:

  • Black Spire Brew – Cold Brew Joffrey’s Coffee, honey, falernum, passion fruit, and citrus
  • Moogan Tea – Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea, chocolate milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
  • Tarine Tea – Gold Peak Unsweetened Tea, peach, huckleberry, and mint

Afternoon and Evening Specialties:

  • Hyperdrive (Punch It!) – Powerade Mountain Berry Blast, white cranberry juice, black cherry purée, and Sprite
  • Jabba Juice – Simply Orange with pineapple, kiwi, cantaloupe, and blueberry popping pearl
  • Blurrgfire – lemonade, pomegranate juice, and habanero-lime

Ronto Roasters

Rising Moon Oats

Ronto Roasters is designed as the barbecue stop inside of Galaxy's Edge, but it is shaping up to have a pretty intriguing morning menu as well. For those craving something a little lighter, these Rising Moon Oats, inspired by overnight oats and topped with unique produce like starfruit, should do the trick.

You can also find this breakfast dish at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.

Ronto Morning Wrap

Ronto Roasters will become known for their signature sausage, but it's also getting a breakfast version as well. These breakfast wraps come pretty standard, with eggs, cheese, and the Ronto sausage.

Ronto Wrap, Nuna Turkey Jerky, and Meiloorun Juice

The Ronto Wrap is the stand's signature item, with the flavor resembling that of pork or sausage. It comes dressed in slaw and can be eaten with two other items at Ronto Roasters. There's the Nuna Turkey Jerky, available in both sweet and spicy flavors, as well as Meiloorun Juice, which Star Wars: Rebels fanatics may recognize as the coveted fruit of the planet Lothal.

Milk Stand

Blue and Green Milk

We've all been wanting to try Blue Milk out for real since it first appeared in Star Wars: A New Hope. Apparently, they were light years ahead of us and drinking plant-based milk, because the Blue and Green Milk here are made from a frozen blend of rice and coconut milks. Reports have this being sold at $8 a glass, so be prepared to cough up some serious dough to try the most coveted Star Wars drink out there.

Kat Saka's Kettle

Outpost Mix

Outpost Mix seems to be Disneyland's take on Chicago Mix, a blend of caramel and cheddar popcorn. We don't know what the flavors are in this blend yet, but they're supposed to be "sweet and spicy," a tried and true flavor combo we're eager to sample.

Star Wars Coca-Cola Beverages

Disneyland has already released sneak peeks of these bottles in the past, but know that if you want one, you need to go to Kat Saka's Kettle to get it. They'll only be sold in limited quantities per person for now.

Docking Bay 7 Food And Cargo

Braised Shaak Roast

This dinner option takes a traditional pot roast dinner and gives it a modern, pasta-laden twist. Instead of mashed potatoes and carrots, this pot roast comes on cavatelli pasta with kale and mushrooms.

Bright Suns Morning Platter

Disneyland hasn't released much info on the Star Wars breakfasts yet, but this platter appears to be a mix of potato hash, a mini Mustafar Lava Roll, a fluffy egg bite similar to the sous vide ones Starbucks sells, and sausage.

Bright Suns Youngling Platter

While the kids breakfast menu is often very simple in theme parks, there's a unique twist here in that Disneyland opted for purple potatoes for an added hit of intriguing color.

Endorian Tip-Yip

Fried chicken at Disneyland is a cult favorite, and this fried Endorian Tip-Yip is the third such offering you can find throughout the resort. This particular chicken is shaped like a long rectangle and comes with mashed potatoes and a green herb gravy.

Felucian Garden Spread

Disneyland has been upping their plant-based game, and this lunch spread is a testament to that. Plant-based kefta are piled on top of herby hummus and a tomato-cucumber relish, all of which comes with pita to pick up and chow down with.

Ithorian Garden Loaf

Based on reviews from folks that have gotten to preview the park already, this is THE dinner dish to try out of them all. The feedback on this plant-based meatloaf — served traditional-style with vegetables, mushroom sauce, and mashed potatoes — has been astounding.

Smoked Kaadu Ribs

Sticky pork rib lovers will want to check this dish out, which comes with some creative twists like a blueberry corn muffin and a pickled purple cabbage slaw.

Mustafarian Lava Roll

While the name might suggest otherwise, this is actually a sweet pastry you can get for breakfast, as the "Mustafarian Lava Roll" is a cinnamon roll topped with chocolate cookie crumbs and a lava sauce.

Oven Roasted Tip-Yip

If you're looking for a healthier chicken option than fried, this Roasted Tip-Yip Salad is your best bet. It comes with roasted seasonal veggies like cauliflower, and is served with an intriguing green curry ranch sauce.

Yobshrimp Noodle Salad

Since Galaxy's Edge is opening in the summer, there needs to be at least one chilled dining option, right? Enter the Yobshrimp Noodle Salad, a chilled mix of shrimp, veggies, and glass noodles that will help keep things cool.

Oven-Roasted Burra Fish

This roasted vegetable salad is very similar to the Roasted Tip-Yip salad, but instead of chicken, you can opt for Dijon-crusted fish and pumpkin seeds to top it off instead. It still comes with the green curry ranch that is sure to get people talking.

Moof Juice and Phatto

These are just a couple of the drinks you can get at Docking Bay 7, with a Batuubucha Tea (aka kombucha) also available. The Moof Juice is a blend of orange, chipotle, pineapple, and fruit punch, while the Phattro is more like a desert pear Arnold Palmer.

Oi-oi Puff and Batuu-Bon

Disneyland stepped up their artsy game when it came to these two desserts. The intricately plated treats look similar, but have quite different ingredients inside. The Oi-oi Puff is a raspberry cream puff with passion fruit mousse, and the Batuu-Bon consists of chocolate cake, white chocolate mousse, and a coffee custard.
