Discover The Oaxaca Cheese-Filled Chorizo Burger At Urbana

Ideally located at The Packing House in Anaheim, Calif., Urbana is blending the concept of authentic Mexican cuisine with the trends of high-end gastronomy, to create the perfect fusion of traditional dishes with a new-aged flare.

Urbana created their Oaxaca cheese-filled, grass-fed beef on a layer of chorizo, cilantro aioli topped with a fried egg. This burger is a thing of beauty.
