Craving: Upside Down Pineapple Cake

I’ve never been the biggest fan of fruit cakes, but this one takes the cake (no pun intended?). Looking at this picture I really want to eat this again and it doesn’t even matter if I just woke up, or haven’t eaten breakfast. This can be my breakfast.
