Craving: Polenta Pizza

Here we have a new look on a classic Italian dish. Polenta pizza covered in crisp bacon, chopped cremini mushrooms, baby spinach, sliced Roma tomatoes, and shredded fontina cheese. Sounds seriously so good, but since I’m not that fancy I’ll probably just go get a $5 pizza from Little Ceasar’s. (Thx Browneyedbaker)
