Craving: Mexican Sushi Roll

Last time me and the crew went out for sushi, it was at a quaint little restaurant in downtown Orange. One of the unique items on their menu was their Mexican Roll. We were naive and figured that they were the only ones who ever created such a thing…but apparently, sushi restaurants all across the country seem to have their own interpretation of a “Mexican Roll”. What you’re looking at above is a roll from Tokyo House, and what they have going on here is fried white fish, cucumber, avocado, top-homemade salsa w/ spicy sauce. Win? Win.
