Chocolate-covered Kickin’ Cheddar Ritz Bitz

Some people with a whimsical view of the world believe that everything should be covered in chocolate and hot sauce. Our recipe contributor Becky is one of those whimsical souls, and we definitely can’t knock her enthusiasm for chocolate-covered experiments. This time around, she’s dipped Kickin’ Cheddar Ritz Bits, in chocolate and white chocolate baking bark.  The white chocolate pieces let the spiciness shine, while the regular chocolate pieces are more prominently chocolate.
