Chicken Enchilada Sandwich

This amazing idea of a sandwich came in from Iraq via an iPhone photo from Grant Wood, but when I learned what the sandwich entailed, I knew I had to overlook the makeshift photography. We’re looking at a French baguette stuffed with shredded enchilada chicken and munster. Game on!
