It contains juicy steak,  combined with sautéed green bell peppers and onions, melted American and Swiss cheeses, all piled on top of a charbroiled beef patty and served between a seeded bun! It has 750 calories, 45g fat, 16g saturated fat, 105mg cholesterol, 1420mg sodium, 52g carbs, 3g fiber, 9g sugars, 39g protein.
