Taco Bell Introduces a Cantina Crispy Chicken Lineup
Taco Bell is not letting its proverbial foot off the innovation gas pedal, as it stays churning out new menu innovations much to fans’ delight.
The latest new menu items from Taco Bell come in the form a Cantina Crispy Chicken lineup consisting of a Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco and Cantina Crispy Chicken Tortada.
Delicious details about the taco are an all-white-meat Crispy Chicken marinated in jalapeño buttermilk, rolled in crispy tortilla chip coating, shredded lettuce, shredded real cheddar cheese and freshly diced tomatoes all wrapped in a soft, warm flour tortilla.
As for the tortada, it was first tested by Taco Bell back in 2018 and is now returning in 2022 via the Cantina Crispy Chicken lineup, again as a test item. For those unfamiliar, think of the tortada like the Crunchwrap Supreme’s close cousin, minus the tostada shell, folded up in a handheld toasty square and filled with the same Crispy Chicken.
Taco Bell fans can find the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco on menus nationwide, while the Cantina Crispy Chicken Tortada is a test item in the Sacramento, California area.
