A Baby Alligator Was Forced To Shotgun A Beer And It’s Sickening

Any type of animal cruelty is hard to watch, but seeing pictures of a guy squeezing the life out of a baby gator’s throat, and shoving a beer down its throat is extra cringeworthy.

Two guys, Zachary Brown and Joseph Floyd were charged with harassing wildlife, as Snapchat photos surfaced of the two forcing a baby alligator to shotgun a beer, according to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources.

Several of the photos show them holding the gator by the throat, and manhandling it while the other poured the beer into its mouth.

Alligators are federally protected, and it is also illegal to feed them without a permit, but unfortunately, federal protection doesn’t apply to this type of case.

The two reportedly admitted to the crime, and could face a maximum $300 fine, which seems like a slap on the wrist.

The incident is reminiscent of the douchebags who made sharks shotgun beer during spring break back in March.

Obviously it was a stupid act, but at least the guys were man enough to ‘fess up and face their punishment, however small it may be.

Shotgunning should be left to douchey frat guys, not wildlife.
