Real or Fake? Guy Seemingly Inhales Entire Water Bottle in 5 Seconds

When we stumbled upon this grainy video uploaded by YouTube user AVIATION — entitled “Fastest Way to Drink Water” — earlier this week, we weren’t sure what to expect. Would we see a horrifyingly difficult-to-watch, squirm-inducing clip of some guy choking down the contents of a water bottle (just as uncomfortable as watching Japanese hot-dog eating champ Takeru Kobayashi gliding frankfurters down his throat)… or just another teenage prank?

As it turns out, we’re still undecided on what’s going on here. Although, we do have a sneaky suspicion thanks to what happens at 0:06.
