Valentine’s Day Meatloaf Cupcakes

Sick and tired of seeing heart-shaped, sweet-tooth biased cupcakes? Our friend Nick was, so he decided to be original and make his wife a batch of heart-shaped meatloaf cupcakes. His process started by taking multiple pounds of ground beef and mixing it with some spices, egg, ketchup and mustard. The next step included him shoving the mixture into heart-shaped cupcake molds and tossing the tray into the oven. For the smaller pieces, Nick used a heart shaped ice cube tray to get a similar effect. The cooked meat cupcakes were then frosted with ketchup, mayonnaise and bacon bit sprinkles.
