Craving: Hawaiian Spam Sliders

I don’t think there’s a week that goes by without someone ranting about the Kogi BBQ truck. I’m sure it’s all in good taste, especially when I get directed to pictures like this of an amazing looking Hawaiian Spam Slider. A beautiful toasted dinner roll, salty-fried Spam, covered in sesame mayonnaise and kimchi. The idea is simple but genius. Eat on! (PicThx PleasurePalate)
