The Miracle Noodle

This type of noodle is made of naturally water soluble fiber with no fat, wheat, sugar or starch, which means it contains zero not carbohydrates, zero calories and no gluten. It’s made of a healthy natural fiber called “Clucomannan”. It’s also very kosher and easily absorbs the flavors of any soup, dish or sauce you integrate it with.
