Craving: Mega Mel Burger

Mel’s Country Cafe out of Tomball Texas is serving up what they call the “Mega Mel Burger”. Again, the Lent season in full swing and all I can bring myself to think about is meat, meat, meat, and meat. What we have pictured above is 1.5 pounds of fresh ground meat, 1 pound of bacon and a quarter pound of American cheese. To cleanse the palet, the burger is also garnished with tons of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. If you eat this entire bad boy in under two hours and are still living, they’ll put your name up on a wall. Anyone ever had one of these bad boys?!
