7-Eleven Launches a “Red Apple Chill” Slurpee Flavor

To kick off the new year, 7-Eleven convenience stores will be introducing a limited time only Red Apple Chill Slurpee drink. The description the company gives on behalf of the new flavor is quite amusing:

Bite into the sweet taste of a Red Apple Chill Slurpee drink. Every sip checks in somewhere between a bushel and a peck of deliciousness. We’ve been told an apple a day keeps the doctor away, which means less paperwork and fewer personal questions.

We assume the flavor will run through participating locations for the month of January. If anyone out there gives it a try, let us know what you think. Sounds like a flavor that should have done a long time ago…but don’t want to speak too early, considering we haven’t even tasted it.
