White Castle Is Celebrating Football Season By Putting Beer Cheese On Everything

Two Columbus originals are linking up for football season, and naturally, beer cheese is involved.

White Castle and Garage Beer have teamed up on a limited-time fall menu built around Garage Beer Cheese, a blend of aged Wisconsin cheddar and Garage Beer. The result is three new ways to get warm beer cheese all over your Sliders, fries, and pretzels through November 1, or while supplies last.

Here’s the lineup:

• Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Slider: A mini smoked sausage topped with Garage Beer Cheese and caramelized onions on a White Castle Slider bun.
• Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese: Golden-fried soft pretzel bites served with warm Garage Beer Cheese for dipping.
• Garage Beer Cheese Fries: White Castle’s crinkle-cut fries covered in warm beer cheese.

For anyone trying to make a whole situation out of it, the $6.99 Beer Cheese Me! Combo comes with two Garage Beer Cheese Sausage Sliders, six Pretzel Nibblers with Garage Beer Cheese Sauce, and a small soft drink.

There’s also some football pedigree behind the beer. Brothers Jason and Travis Kelce are majority owners and partners in Garage Beer, and the collaboration arrives just in time for the start of NFL season.

The two brands are marking the occasion with merch, too, including a White Castle x Garage Beer ice bucket, a tote bag specifically designed to carry Sliders and beer—finally, some innovation addressing the issues that matter—along with a hat and embroidered patch.

This isn’t White Castle and Garage Beer’s first trip around the block together. In July, they released a limited-edition Super Summer Slider Starter Kit packed with 20 Garage Beer Cheese Sliders, desserts, merch, and other goodies.

Now they’re taking the relationship into fall, and apparently the natural progression of two Columbus brands becoming friends is putting beer cheese on everything.

The new Garage Beer Cheese menu is available at participating White Castle locations through November 1 or while supplies last. The collaboration merch is available through White Castle’s House of Crave online store.
