Wingstop is adding a new limited-time flavor called Citrus Mojo.

The Citrus Mojo dry rub goes bright and savory at the same time—garlic, cumin, and oregano up front, layered with citrus, then rounded out with hints of mustard, pickle juice, and fresh cilantro. It’s a thicker rub too, so it actually sticks instead of dispersing into the ether after a bite or two.

It reads like a pivot out of heavier, colder-weather flavors and into something lighter, sharper, and a little more spring-coded without losing that savory backbone.

Citrus Mojo is available for a limited time at participating Wingstop locations across the country.
